Can I change my pickup date after booking?
Yes, just send us a message at least 12 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email and we’ll reschedule your pickup.
Do you have customer support hours?
Yes. Our support team is available Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 6:00pm EAT.
